Snow Totals Dangerous Wind Chills

A number of communities received a foot of snow or close to it during Monday’s snow storm. Fond du Lac got 12.8 inches of snow, Ripon 12.5, Redgranite recorded 11.5 inches, Oshkosh 11, Berlin 10.9, and Wautoma 9.6 inches. Ripon Director of Public Works Mike Ehrenberg told the Ripon Common Council last night that it would take several days to remove all the snow. Crews were out in Ripon again early this morning and are expected to tackle Watson Street Wednesday morning. Next dangerous wind chills with a Wind Chill Advisory until 6 pm tonight and from 6 pm tonight to noon Thursday a Wind Chill Warning.
