Jayme Closs Found Alive Suspect Taken Into Custody

Missing Barron County teen Jayme Closs has been found alive and a suspect is in custody. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department notified the Barron County Sheriff’s Department last night that it located the teen who has been missing since October 15th when her parents were found murdered in their home. More details will be released by the Barron County Sheriff’s Department today, but several news outlets are reporting Closs had escaped from a home in Douglas County’s Town of Gordon and approached a neighbor asking to call 911. A suspect was taken into custody shortly before 5 pm Thursday. Gordon is about 70 miles north of Barron.
