Malone Woman Killed In Two Vehicle FDL County Crash

A 32-year-old Malone woman was killed and a 42-year-old St. Cloud man injured in a two vehicle crash on Fond du Lac County Highway G in the Town of Marshfield Friday afternoon. Sheriff’s officials say Macnelli Martinez went onto the gravel shoulder of the northbound lane and over corrected trying to get back on the road. She lost control of her 4-door car and it spun counter clockwise into the southbound lane where it collided with a southbound pickup truck. The vehicles came to rest in a field. Martinez died at the scene and Henry Wagner, who was driving the truck, was taken by ambulance to a hospital with non-serious injuries. The accident was reported shortly before 3:30 pm.
