Former Oshkosh YMCA Employee Arrested For Sexual Assault Of A Child

A 75-year-old Oshkosh man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a child. The man was working in the drop off day care center at the Oshkosh YMCA. Police say the assault occurred on November 27th. He was taken into custody Thursday on first degree sexual assault of a child and false imprisonment charges. The Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office will be issuing formal charges and more details about the assault will be released then. Any parent who believes that their child may have been a victim of this type of conduct is asked to contact Oshkosh Police at 920-236-5700.
