Elderly Oshkosh Man Charged For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Child

A 75-year-old Oshkosh man is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl. BT Adams will be back in Winnebago County court today. He appeared via video conferencing for a hearing yesterday, but was not represented by an attorney so the initial hearing was delayed until today. The assaults occurred while he worked at the YMCA in Oshkosh in the Child Care Center’s Drop Off Center. According to the criminal complaint YMCA staff found video that showed Adams sexually assaulting the child on several occasions. Adams is charged with two counts of first degree sexual assault of a child and one count of conspiracy to commit first degree child sexual assault.
