Arrest In Oshkosh Baby’s Death

Oshkosh Police have arrested a 34-year-old Oshkosh man on a first degree reckless homicide charge in connection with the death of a 10-month-old baby boy. Police were called to assist on a medical call in the 800 block of Grove Street on December 9th. The infant was taken to a local hospital and later flown to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee where it died three days later. The death is considered suspicious. It was the third death of a child over a two week period. The father of a two-month-old child is facing a reckless homicide charge for that baby’s death on November 29th. The following day a 3-year-old girl died. Police say the deaths are not connected.
