Oshkosh Police have finished their investigation into an incident that led to the lock down of Oshkosh North High School Thursday morning. They say a student that displayed erratic behavior to his mother was not a threat and did not bring a rifle to the school. The 16-year-old student’s mother had expressed concerns to a school counselor about the student’s behavior and had told a school resource officer the sophomore had shot off an AR-15-style rifle on the family’s property in the Town of Oshkosh the day before. She also believed the rifle was missing from the family’s residence. But that was not the case.
