Names Released In Fatal Winnebago County Accident

Winnebago County Sheriff’s officials have released the names of the two people killed in an accident in the Town of Vinland Tuesday. Seventy-eight-year-old Deneise Roycroft-Hartman was driving a car that collided with a large commercial truck at the intersection of State Highway 76 and County Road GG. She died at the scene and her passenger 88-year-old Mavis Wolff died later at a local hospital. The truck driver suffered non-life- threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The two highways were shut down for about 5 1/2 hours while deputies investigated the accident.
