Illinois Man Suspected Of Sexually Assaulting Campers At Waushara County Camp

11 August 2018 News

A 19-year-old Illinois man is being extradited to Wisconsin where he will face charges for allegedly sexually assaulting campers at a Boy Scout camp in Waushara County. The three victims were underage teenage boys. According to the criminal complaint the sexual assaults occurred between June of last year and last month. A Waushara County Sheriff’s detective began investigating possible sexual assaults by a staffer at Camp Napowan in the Town of Mount Morris last month. One of the alleged victims found a notebook Coleman Leonard kept listing the victims and what he had done to them at camp. Leonard waived his extradition hearing.
