Authorities Bust Sixteen For Selling Nearly $10 Million Worth Of Cocaine In FDL Area

Authorities in Fond du Lac have charged 16 people for distributing $9.6 million of cocaine in the Fond du Lac area. During a press conference in Fond du Lac Thursday morning Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney said the suspects were responsible for 127 pounds of cocaine and crack cocaine. He says they estimate 96,539 doses of cocaine were sold at about $100 per dose. Toney noted the pipeline for the conspiracy went from Chicago to Milwaukee to Fond du Lac with the cocaine originating in another country. Thirteen people are in custody, one posted bail, and two others Danny Armstrong of Fond du Lac and Kayley Kropp of North Fond du Lac remain at large. The suspects are charged with cocaine trafficking between July of 2017 and April of this year. The investigation involved, federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.
