Waupun Man Bound Over For Trial On Vehicular Homicide Charges

A 59-year-old Waupun man involved in a fatal traffic crash has been bound over for trial. James Jensen recently appeared in Fond du Lac County Court for a preliminary hearing on second degree reckless homicide and four other charges stemming from a head-on collision on County Highway AW near Waupun in November of 2016. Twenty-three-year-old Brock Hoekstra of Waupun was killed in the crash and a 17-year-old Waupun boy was seriously injured. They were both passengers in a car driven by Hoekstra’s mother, 52-year-old Debra Hoekstra of Waupun. Jensen is free on bond.
