A not guilty plea is entered for a Columbus man facing sexual assault charges. Thirty-seven year old Kyle Reilly entered the plea this week. He’s charged with two counts of fourth degree sexual assault. Police say an investigation revealed that as an intern working for Dodge County Health and Human Services, he allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a client. Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says that Reilly began his unpaid internship with DCHSH in September of 2015. Dodge County immediately ended it on March 1, after DCHSH officials learned that Reilly had developed and maintained a personal relationship with a client. A return date has been scheduled for December 5th and a jury trial set for January 18th.

Authorities have recovered a sport utility vehicle they believe was involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Milwaukee that killed a 5-year-old girl on her way to church, but they’re still searching for the driver. Police also say they’ve made an arrest in connection with the incident. Further details weren’t immediately available. Police say Rickyia Langham was hit by a passing vehicle that fled the scene Sunday morning. A pastor who’s related to the girl said she was with family headed to church when the incident happened. Relatives, friends and others gathered near the scene of the crash for a vigil in her memory Tuesday. A collection was taken to help the family pay burial costs. A memorial fund in Rickyia’s name also has been established at Educators Credit Union.
