For the 26th consecutive summer, the streets of downtown Ripon will be filled with the sound of music when the Ripon Summer Concert Series returns. The entertainment continues on Friday, June 1st with Wisconsin’s premier 80s rock cover band Cherry Pie. The series features a diverse group of entertainers encompassing a wide range of musical styles. Several community favorites are returning to the lineup including Cherry Pie, Road Trip, Star Six Nine and Vic Ferrari. New groups including FBI & the Untouchable Horns, Incendio and Keith Anderson. We believe you will find the mixture of new bands and old favorites very appealing. The series typically takes place on Friday evenings, June through August, but occasionally bonus concerts are added or events rescheduled due to weather issues. Participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. NO CARRY-INs are allowed in the park because beverage sales help cover entertainment expenses. Free music isn’t really free.
