Ripon Medical Center offers ‘Gentle Yoga’ Join Jenni Borell, E-RYT, a certified integrative yoga for seniors instructor and certified essential low back program instructor, to learn how to release tension, increase range of motion and energize through this slow-paced, therapeutically-oriented class. This class is suited for all ages and abilities. “Gentle Yoga” is scheduled for Mondays, January 8 to 29 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the RMC Wellness Center, 845 Parkside Street, Ripon. Individuals should bring a yoga mat to each class. Preregistration is required.
