AM1600, WRPN Radio is hosting a 60th Anniversary Party & Open House followed by a Ripon Chamber Business Connection on Tuesday, September 12th.

The Open House is from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., open to the public, followed by the Business Connection from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Stop by for a tour of the newly renovated Radio Road studios & enjoy 60th anniversary cake, ice cream, pizza & adult beverages.  The Tuba Dan “family” band  will be entertaining from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., followed by karaoke with Johnnie Diamond & Kenny B from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Visit’s from dignitaries, along with the presentation of a 60th Anniversary Proclamation for AM1600 WRPN Radio in Ripon.  Come join the FUN & help us CELEBRATE!

Held every Tues. until the end of September at Nathan Strong Park from 4 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Burn more fat in less time! Join Brenda Chantelois, a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness trainer, for a HIIT program featuring repeated intense burst exercises followed by a short active rest recovery. Improve your cardiovascular health, endurance and metabolic function.

“Ultimate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout” is scheduled on Tuesdays, September 5 to 26 from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. in the RMC Wellness Center, 845 Parkside Street, Ripon.

Saturday, September 16th, 2nd Annual Mid-State Snow Drifters Golf Outing. Join the Snow Drifters for their golf outing at Two Oaks on Saturday, September 16th beginning at 11am. Join the Waushara Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance on Saturday, September 16th, from 1- 3pm at the Mt. Morris Coffee Shop (N3694 St. Rd 152). They have an afternoon of family fun planned. Meet new friends while reconnecting with old ones, learn what’s happening on the Ice Age Trail right here in Waushara County and meet the volunteers behind the hikes, events, and trail maintenance.
