Join Jenni Borell, E-RYT, certified integrative yoga for seniors instructor, and certified essential low back program instructor, to release tension, increase range of motion and energize through this slow-paced, therapeutically-oriented class.
This class is suited for all ages and abilities.
Gentle Yoga is scheduled for Mondays, August 7 to 28 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the RMC Wellness Center, 845 Parkside Street, Ripon. Individuals should bring a yoga mat to each class.

Have you ever considered eating more whole foods in their raw state but find yourself feeling like you might be bored? Check out these “cooking” classes featuring the raw food diet on Tuesday, August 29 at 6:30 P.M. at the library. Whole foods will be prepared to create great taste and delicious flavor combinations – all without cooking. Learn how you can give your body maximum nutrients while still enjoying your food. This class will be hands-on and you will get to eat what you make. Presented by Brenda Block, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Enjoy an evening of food, fun, and games to wrap up our summer reading program! Everyone is invited to this end-of-summer potluck —bring a dish to pass—to celebrate reading! Prizes including Super Select grand prizes, autographed books and READ posters will be awarded and Read For a Causeresults will be announced. Remember,to be eligible for the Super Select grand prize drawings, you must check out reading materials at least 7of the 13 weeks between June 1 and August 30!
Read For a Cause supports three local charitable projects.RAFD Emergency Services Drone ; Little Free Library & Reading Bench; Toy Library— will receive funds courtesy of the Friends of the Ripon Public Library, with first place receiving $250, second $150, and third $100.
The reading portion of our summer program lasts through the end of August. Readers of all ages are encouraged to continue checking out reading materials to earn entries in the monthly prize drawings. Finish strong!!

Stop by the Webster’s Grocery Store, 1188 W. Fond du Lac Street, Ripon from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (or until sold out) on Saturday, September 2 and enjoy a meal with the Ripon Medical Center Auxiliary.
Brats, hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs will be available, as well as chips, soft drinks, water and a meal deal package.
The Ripon Medical Center Auxiliary raises money – through events like the brat fry, vendor sales and gift shop – to provide scholarships to area graduating seniors interested in pursuing an education in the healthcare field, and to support the health and wellness programs of Ripon Medical Center.
