Join Jenni Borell, E-RYT, a certified integrative yoga for seniors instructor and certified essential low back program instructor, to release tension, increase range of motion and energize through this slow-paced, therapeutically-oriented class. This class is suited for all ages and abilities.
“Gentle Yoga” is scheduled from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays, June 5, 12 & 26 in the RMC Wellness Center, 845 Parkside Street, Ripon. Individuals should bring a yoga mat and throw blanket to each class.

Sat., June 17, trap & shooting clay event registration starts at 8a.m. & ends at 2:30 p.m.
This year, they will “Team up to Make a Difference” with ASTOP -Let’s put A STOP to sexual assault.
Events include a 50-bird individual trap event, 50-bird individual sporting clay event, two-person 5 stand flurry, duck tower, trout fishing for the kids, raffles & give-a-ways throughout the day for those not into “SHOOT’N”.
