    RMC Auxiliary’s ‘Old Hippie Candle Company” sale November 21

    The Ripon Medical Center Auxiliary has scheduled an Old Hippie Candle Company, LLC sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, November 21. The sale will be held in the Journeys Commons outside of the gift shop at Ripon Medical Center, 845 Parkside Street.

    You won’t want to miss this opportunity to purchase quality candles made by Bob Tamblin, a local master candle maker. Come and see the many beautiful candles. Perfect for Thanksgiving decorations or Christmas gifts!

    All proceeds of the sale benefit programs and services at Ripon Medical Center.

    Wautoma’s Thrivent Financial Office Collecting Toys

    The representatives and staff at the office of Thrivent Financial, Wautoma, are collecting toys for the Adams Columbia Electric Cooperative annual toy drive and will be matching all donations made at their office up to $250. Please bring a new unwrapped toy to the Wautoma office located at 222 W. Main St., Wautoma, Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Fridays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Drop off toys by Dec. 4 and the bins will be picked up by Dec. 5. To help spread holiday cheer, the financial representatives and staff members at Thrivent Financial, Wautoma, will be matching all of the Toys for Tots donations made at their office up to $250.

    Saturday, November 26th, Breakfast with Santa, 8:30am-10:30am. Join the Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce and Santa for a delicious breakfast including eggs, sausage links, waffles, breakfast potatoes, and coffee catered by the Moose Inn from 8:30- 10:30am. The cost of breakfast, which also includes a picture with Santa, is $3 for ages 5 and above and free for ages 4 and under. Bring in a toy, canned food item, or mittens/jackets and receive $1 off your breakfast. After breakfast head over to the Wautoma Public Library for fun kid’s activities from 9:30-11:00am and enjoy the cookie walk from 10am-3pm. The Cash Bar will open at 5:30pm with dinner at 6:00pm followed by the Concert at 7:00pm. Dinner will catered by Moose Inn and will include BBQ ribs, chicken Monterey, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, coleslaw, veggie platter, rolls, dessert tray, water, milk, and coffee for $30 per person.
